What fees do I need to pay to buy a property in Abu Dhabi?

To purchase a completed property in Abu Dhabi, on top of the down payment, you will also need to pay up to 5% of the property’s value in purchase costs and fees. Abu Dhabi property fees are much lower than in the neighboring emirate of Dubai where the property transfer fee is 4%.
